I'm AJ Betts, Perth-based author, teacher, speaker and cyclist.
In 2012 I was the winner of the Text Prize for my third novel, Zac and Mia. Hurrah! Zac and Mia will be coming out in August 2013 with Text Publishing.
This year's been crazy: January/early-February was spent cycling around Tassie, late February was Perth Writers Festival fun, and most of March has been spent inside my editing cave.
Like a confused butterfly, I emerged at the end of March for The All Saints' Literature Festival followed by the Talented Young Writers' Program at the Fremantle Literature Centre. The students rocked.
